We offer shipping to domestic (your country/region) and international destinations (excluding restricted areas listed at checkout).​

  1. Processing & Delivery Times
  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excludes weekends/holidays). Customized items (e.g., engraved urns) may take 3-5 business days to process.​
  • Domestic Delivery: 3-7 business days via standard shipping; 1-3 business days via expedited shipping (fees apply).​
  • International Delivery: 7-15 business days (standard) or 3-7 business days (express). Customs clearance may cause delays (not within our control).​
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.​
  • Free domestic standard shipping for orders over [amount, e.g., $50]. International shipping fees are non-refundable.​
  1. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email. Track your package via our site’s “Track Order” page or the carrier’s website.​

  1. Address Changes & Missing Deliveries
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement (contact customer service). We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.​
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with carrier inquiries.​
  1. Restrictions
  • Some international destinations may have customs regulations for pet-related items. Check local rules before ordering—we are not responsible for seized packages.​
