Customized Items: Only eligible for return if damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to our error). Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Non-Customized Items: Acceptable for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and free from damage.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team (via [email/phone]) with your order number and reason for return to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for items damaged/incorrect due to our fault).
Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days post-receipt).
